Marc Sitt is the Managing Director of Kassin Sabbagh Realty, spearheading the Retail Leasing Division alongside Albert Manopla. He started at KSR in 2012 as a summer intern and has risen through the ranks to his current position, playing an instrumental role in the growth and development of the company.
On the landlord representation side, Marc has represented some of the largest private and public landlords in NYC, including Vornado Realty Trust, Durst Organization, Stonehenge, Sol Goldman Investments, Hubb NYC, Harbor International Group, Philips International, SW Management, JEMB Realty, Ashkenazy Acquisitions, Chestnut Holdings, Parkoff Organization, Slate Property Group, Brookfield Properties, and BLDG Management.
Marc has personally leased over one million square feet of retail space, surpassing $1 billion in aggregate rents. From 2017–2019 alone, he completed 107 retail leases in the New York Metro Area. In 2023, Marc was recognized as a CoStar Power Broker, a testament to his consistent top-tier deal volume and market presence. He is an expert in executing rollout strategy, securing tenants’ hundreds of retail locations on a national and local level.
A licensed real estate professional in NY and NJ and graduate of the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate. Daniel began at Cushman & Wakefield supporting a 30-person investment sales team — participating in over $6 billion in transactions across industrial, retail, and office assets in NY, NJ, and PA. His work spanned complex financial modeling for assets exceeding $2B in gross asset value, IRR analysis, rent roll underwriting, BOVs, and capital markets analysis.
At Wharton Realty Group — which owns and operates over 7 million SF across NY, NJ, MD, PA, GA, FL, and OH, primarily grocery-anchored centers, big-box retail, community plazas, and office — Daniel has completed over $10M in lease transactions. He is now Principal of Frontier Realty Group, focused primarily on retail shopping centers — grocery-anchored centers and power centers along the East Coast & Midwest, targeting $50M+ deals of 100,000+ SF, deploying both institutional and family & friends capital.
Robbie Millman serves as Head of Acquisitions at Frontier Realty Group, where he leads the firm’s acquisition strategy, sourcing institutional retail investment opportunities and expanding relationships with owners, developers, brokers, and capital partners nationwide. He brings more than 10 years of institutional real estate experience spanning investment banking, capital markets, acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management.
Over the course of his career, Robbie has completed more than 200 transactions totaling over $2 billion involving open-air shopping centers, grocery-anchored centers, power centers, and complex multi-parcel retail environments nationwide. Prior to joining Frontier, he spent more than a decade with Seritage Growth Properties and Brixmor Property Group, two publicly traded REITs, where he sourced, underwrote, structured, negotiated, and executed institutional retail acquisitions across the country. During his time at Seritage, Robbie played a key role in executing the company’s $2 billion refinancing with Berkshire Hathaway.
Robbie began his career in real estate investment banking at FBR & Co., where he executed both public and private capital raises for real estate companies across all property sectors, building a strong foundation in corporate finance and transaction execution.
Morris co-founded KSR in 2006, bringing over 20 years of experience across equity and debt acquisitions, asset management, investment sales, and leasing. Starting at Esquire Management then ICER Real Estate — repositioning foreclosure assets and expanding into the Harlem multifamily market — Morris built the expertise to grow KSR into a vertically integrated, nationally recognized real estate platform.
Abraham co-founded KSR and serves as CEO, with over 20 years of expertise spanning acquisitions, development, leasing, and investment sales. His vision — built at Savoy Group underwriting assisted living assets along the Eastern Seaboard and at First Sigma Capital managing NYC office, hotel, and mixed-use properties — has driven over $1.5 billion in transactions and KSR’s growth into a fully integrated national platform.
Isaac Massry serves as Owner of Wharton Realty Group, overseeing strategic growth, acquisitions, and portfolio performance across a national platform. Prior to WRG, Isaac served as a Director at MetLife, where he gained expertise in corporate finance, risk management, and large-scale asset oversight — a background that continues to inform his analytical, data-driven approach to real estate investment.
Founded over 30 years ago by his father Daniel I.
